GENERAL INFORMATION:

The West Bay Music Academy understands the financial constraints being placed on today's schools and educational providers. We have developed innovative financial programs providing schools choices as to the best financial music program for the students. We partner with school budgets, parents, grant moneys, donated instruments, and academy inventory choosing the best financial package for your school program. Our selected financial package allows us to capitate and fix all related music costs. For specific fee information please contact us via email or call us at (650) 365-1494.

CAPITATED FEE STRUCTURE:

Capitative Service Fee

We perform a complete analysis of the music program coverage needs by including administration, Teachers, and Teacher Aids in the program building mission. The capitative service fee is based on personnel coverage needs rather than the conventional "per salary and benefits fee". The music service fee is a fixed monthly fee and includes ALL negotiated services by our personnel.

Per Workshop Service Fee

We perform a complete analysis of the music program coverage needs, Workshop scheduling, Religious mass conducting, and Instrumental programs. The West Bay Music Academy employs a Grant writer targeting whole and partial funding for school music programs. Many music workshops are funded with the school budget, Individual Parents, Grants, and Special funds.

Curriculum and Equipment

A West Bay Curriculum Writer tailors your music program to your budget and music needs. The Academy has a scope and sequence program that adheres to the State Framework. All equipment is provided for the General Music programs and Specialty workshops. Instruments are provided for students needing financial assistance.

Open Book Policy

The West Bay Music Academy provides the school with an open book policy for either type service fee structure. The advantage the school receives is easy reconciliation of the monthly bill and the ability to add more program and audit the program cost.
