SITE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

Energetic and flexible person to supervise West Bay Music Academy teaching staff at specific contracted sites. Requires team leadership pproach with teachers and senior staff and site administration. A knowledge of classroom management, music curriculum and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Visit sites to observe teacher performance in the areas of classroom management and curriculum preparation.
• Write up evaluation of teacher performance providing feedback to teacher and provide copy to Senior.
• Plan and coordinate performance dates and rehearsal expectations with site administrators and music teachers.
• Public relations person for site.
• Marketing additional program to sites as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Reports to Senior Officer; part-time position with flexible hours. Room for additional income depending on marketing ability of program and follow through.
