GENERAL INFORMATION:

The West Bay Music Academy staff has a fun-filled musical extravaganza planned for the Summer. We have a talented teaching staff of music specialists ready to provide some fabulous music instruction for the following sessions:

  • Session One is June 14th - June 25th, 2004
  • Session Two is July 5th to July 16th, 2004

Session runs from 9am to 4pm with extended care available 7:30 to 5:30 for an additional fee.

Students will be able to enroll in a variety of music classes that will be grouped according to age and ability for the best musical learning experience.

Note: Students may enroll for one or both sessions.  If your interested in taking one or more of the sessions, this is also an option.  Taking a 1/2 day A.M. or P.M. session is an option as well as enrolling for individual classes during any of the sessions.

Courses can be tailored to student needs + level of experience.

LOCATION & LEVELS

Classes will be given at:

  • Messiah Lutheran Church - 1835 Valota Avenue, Redwood City, California
    (located on the North East corner of Woodside Rd. and Valota Ave. in the choir room)

Beginning - First time enrolled in lessons.
Intermediate - Those who have had one year or more of instruction.
Advanced - To be determined by audition.

Piano Classes- a piano will be provided for the weekly lesson. It is recommended that each student has a piano or keyboard for home practice.

Guitar Classes - A Guitar will be provided for the camp.

Winds/Brass/Strings - must provide your own instrument for the class.
